C-L Limited Commercial Development Regulations

The C-L Limited Commercial District generally applies to properties lining both sides of Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, west of The Hub, for approximately one-quarter of a mile, ending at Bella Vista Avenue. The Land Use category was developed as part of the 1988 General Plan to allow only those commercial uses which will not result in the generation of traffic in volumes sufficient to disrupt the flow of vehicular traffic along Sir Francis Drake Boulevard.
