Projects Submitted for Administrative or Planning Commission Review
Plans for projects may be viewed at Town Hall (see hours to the right) or by making other arrangements with staff. Plans for projects that will be reviewed by the Planning Commission are posted with the meeting agendas here 10 days prior to the public meeting. Plans for projects that will be considered by the Planning Director are below. Plans are removed from our website after the 10-day appeal period, due to copyright laws.

If you have a question about a project under construction that went through Planning review, please contact us. For information on building permits, please search the Building Department on line permit system here (only includes permits issued in 2014 or later).
Any action of the Planning Commission or Planning Director may be appealed by filing an appeal form and fee with the Town Clerk within ten calendar days of the date of the Planning Commission decision or within ten calendar days of receiving notice of a Planning Director decision.
