Atmospheric perspective is what we call the way objects look as they progress back into space. When drawing the landscape, something farther away is typically lighter, smaller, and higher in the drawing. In this hour-long workshop with professional artist and teacher Janet Jacobs, we'll learn how to place objects on the page to depict deep space -- space that is far away from us. Then we will go outside to draw using our new drawing techniques.
