On Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 7 PM, the Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider a request by Marin Sanitary Service for a 3.95% rate increase for refuse collection and recycling services and adoption of a resolution amending the agreement setting maximum rates for the year 2021.The hearing will give the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed resolution. The Town Council will consider all public testimony and will then decide whether to approve the Resolution.
