At their meeting on Tuesday, the Town Council took the following actions:

-Adopted a Resolution of Appreciation for Open Space Committee Member Leonard Charles for 27 years of volunteer service.

-Received an update regarding the Red Hill Dog Park.

-Approved a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget.

-Approved a community benefit agreement between the Town of San Anselmo and the Friends of Robson for annual park improvements and approved of the 2021 annual work plan.

-Approved moving Vice Mayor Fineman from Alternate to Council Liaison on the Racial Equity Ad Hoc Committee. Mayor Colbert moved from the Council Liaison to the Alternate seat.

-Received a report regarding options for a potential local minimum wage ordinance and created a Council subcommittee to explore options and solicit stakeholder input.

-Introduced and Waived Further Reading Of “An Ordinance of The Town Council of The Town of San Anselmo Amending Municipal Code Title 10 (Planning and Zoning) Chapter 3 (Zoning) Article 3 (Land Use Regulation) Table 3a To Allow Large Family Day Care Homes as A Permitted Use, Amend Article 17 Definitions for Day Care Facilities.
