The Marin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District), owners of building bridge (BB #2) at 632-636 San Anselmo Avenue, has terminated the lease between the Town and the District for public use of the building bridge effective Friday, September 16, 2022. The District has deemed the building bridge unsafe for public use based on reports they have received that identify structural deficiencies within the foundation and recommendations that all public use be terminated immediately.

The Town will be holding a special meeting on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 to provide information on the project and potential options moving forward.
