The creek in the downtown area has exceeded 10 feet, but the critical level for imminent flooding is at 13 feet. Rain is expected to continue through the afternoon, with about an inch predicted to fall. While there is still considerable capacity in the creek, it is recommended that you take steps to be prepared for potential flooding, by clearing storm drains and staging sand bags and flood gates.
